H7 Construction Ltd is a registered construction company based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. We provide building, renovation, and construction services throughout North Yorkshire and surrounding areas.

2. Quotations & Estimates

• All quotations provided by H7 Construction Ltd are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue
• Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of assessment
• Additional works not specified in the original quotation may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a quotation if site conditions differ from initial assessment

3. Contracts & Agreements

A formal contract will be issued prior to the commencement of any works, which will include:

• Detailed scope of works
• Start and completion dates
• Payment schedule
• Materials and specifications
• Terms and conditions specific to the project

4. Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in the individual contract for each project
• A deposit may be required to secure materials and commence works
• Stage payments may be arranged for larger projects
• Final payment is due upon completion of works and client satisfaction
• Payment methods accepted: Bank Transfer, Cheque
• Late payment may incur interest charges at 8% above the Bank of England base rate

5. Cancellation

Either party may cancel a contract with written notice. Cancellation fees may apply depending on the stage of the project, including costs incurred for materials ordered and work already completed.

6. Warranty & Guarantees

• All workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from completion
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and are passed to the client where applicable
• Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural wear and tear
• Warranty claims must be made in writing within the guarantee period

7. Health & Safety

H7 Construction Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of health and safety on all sites. We are fully insured and comply with all relevant health and safety regulations. Clients must provide safe access to the site and inform us of any hazards or restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages. Our insurance cover is maintained in accordance with industry standards.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and documents prepared by H7 Construction Ltd remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon payment, intellectual property transfers to the client for the specific project.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
